AI automation for the repeated work that costs you customers

Most businesses lose more to slow follow-up and manual data entry than to any advertising decision. That work can be automated, and it pays for itself quickly.

Manual hours per week, by workflow

Illustrative time audit. 37 hours a week recovered across four workflows — none of them removed a person, and each keeps a human review gate.

What's included

What you actually get.

Your contract lists the work at this level of detail. Nobody argues three months later about what was included.

Instant replies and routing

Every enquiry gets an answer within seconds on WhatsApp or email. A few questions sort it, and it reaches the right person with the details already attached.

WhatsApp follow-up flows

Reminders, confirmations, rescheduling and win-back messages on the channel your customers actually read. Built on the official Business API.

A clean CRM without the typing

We remove duplicates, fill in missing details, tag the real source and update stages automatically. Your reports stop being wrong in ways nobody can explain.

Reports that build themselves

Spend, enquiries, conversions and revenue pulled together on a schedule. The monthly report stops eating two days of somebody's week.

An assistant for the questions you answer daily

It handles the same twenty questions about fees, timings, availability and pricing, and hands over to a person the moment it goes beyond them.

A written rule for what stays human

Pricing, complaints, medical or legal advice, and anything a customer sees without review. Automation with no stated limits is a risk, not an asset.

How we run it

5 stages, in this order.

The order is the method. Each stage makes what the next one needs, so we will not jump to stage three however tempting that looks.

  1. 01

    Find where the hours go

Two weeks watching how work really flows through your team. The answer is rarely what people expect, and it stops this becoming automation for its own sake.

  2. 02

Automate only what has a clear rule

If you cannot write a task down as a rule with no grey areas, we do not automate it yet. That limit is why these builds still work a year later.

  3. 03

    Build in a human checkpoint

Every workflow ships with a review step and a plan for what happens when it fails, because sooner or later it will.

  4. 04

Measure hours saved and mistakes made

Both, reported together. A workflow that saves six hours and creates two hours of corrections has not saved you six hours.

  5. 05

Document it and hand it over

Instructions, owners and escalation paths go to your team, so the automation never becomes something only we can maintain.

Who it's for

Where this work tends to pay for itself.

If your business is not on this list, tell us on the call. We are good at saying this is not your problem, and pointing at what is.

Businesses getting more enquiries than they can answer

Leads sit untouched over a weekend, and the real fix is response speed rather than a bigger advertising budget.

Small teams doing the same task all week

Two to fifteen people spending their days on data entry, reminders, reports and copying between systems that do not talk to each other.

Businesses with several locations

Two branches in Gurugram and three more across NCR, each doing the same process slightly differently, with nobody holding a reliable overall view.

Questions

What people ask before they hire us for this.

More general questions about working together are on the FAQ page.

Is this just chatbots?

No. A chatbot is one small piece, and often the least valuable one. The bigger wins are in routing, follow-up, reminders, clean CRM data and reporting. That is the invisible work that decides whether an enquiry becomes a customer.

Will this replace people on our team?

In our experience it moves them off data entry and onto customers. We measure the hours recovered, and the honest test is whether those hours went somewhere useful. If a workflow only creates work elsewhere, we say so and switch it off.

What does it cost and how quickly does it pay back?

Most builds are a one-off setup fee plus a small monthly cost for the tools. Lead response pays back fastest. If you get a hundred enquiries a month and replying instantly wins even a few more, it usually covers itself within three months.

Can you connect our existing tools?

Usually. We work with the common CRMs, WhatsApp Business API providers, Google Sheets, ad platforms and payment systems. Where a tool has no proper connection, we can normally build a simple bridge.

Is WhatsApp automation allowed?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, with approved message templates and proper opt-in. We do not use unofficial tools that can get your number banned. That shortcut is common and expensive.

Next step

Talk through AI Automation.

Forty-five minutes with the person who would run the work. Bring whatever numbers you have. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right place to start.

Or call +91 93060 49784 and email support@exponentialy.com — we reply within one working day.

What the call is

  • 01

    45 minutes, no slide deck

You talk to the person who would run the work, not a salesperson.

  • 02

    Your numbers on the table

What a customer is worth, where enquiries come from, and what you have tried.

  • 03

    A written plan afterwards

What we would fix first, and in what order. Yours to keep either way.
